The fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine SYSTEM-T combines high quality packaging from a PE tube with high production capacity and is therefore ideal to be used in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, fertilizers, animal feed, food, etc.
Due to the high flexibility of the FFS packaging machine it can be adapted to different customer requirements. For example, pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5 kg and 50 kg. Additional perforation of the bags is also possible.
The SYSTEM-T stands out due to its modern design and a very sturdy and compact construction. Accessibility, generous clearance, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs were of major importance in the development of this FFS packaging machine. For example, the large doors offer easy access to all areas and important parts and cable connections are protected from corrosive and aggressive dust by stainless steel housings.

Fast bagging with the SYSTEM-T form-fill-seal packaging machine
The SYTEM-T FFS packaging machine helps increase both the predictability of the outcome and margins. With consistent quality and high speed, the machine guarantees absolute accuracy in bag contents.
A sealed filling spout design facilitates the bagging of powdered products. Smaller bag sizes can also be used without any problems. Effective air extraction ensures that the filled bags are compressed and the product has a longer shelf life.
The user-friendly and automatic reel change saves time when replacing the film roll. With the help of the integrated thermal printer, a wide variety of bag types can be printed with high contrast and sharpness. The sophisticated design of the SYSTEM-T and the technologies used therefore lead to higher efficiency and performance and significantly reduce throughput time.
