With our STRATOSPAC form-fill-seal (FFS) bagging machine, you can rely on maximum performance, efficiency and flexibility. Specially developed for the needs of modern packaging processes, the packaging machine STRATOSPAC offers a wide range of innovative features that increase your productivity and reduce operating costs at the same time.
FFS packaging machines combine several process steps in one machine: the automatic forming, filling and sealing of bags. This involves processing PE bags from the tubular film. The STRATOSPAC packaging technology in particular offers outstanding efficiency, high productivity and cost-effectiveness. Important features include its high speed and high-quality design, in which the 20-30 kg bags are processed precisely.
STRATOSPAC has a motorized film dispenser. The bag gets sealed on the bottom while cutting and then cooled and pre-opened for filling. After filling, the bag contents are evenly spread and compacted by a vibrating plate. The filled bag is then transported to the head sealing station, where the top seal is cooled by another cooling station.
This technology enables the FFS machine to achieve a faster bagging process that significantly increases your production output. Together with the STRATOSPAL palletizer, the STRATOSLINE represents an efficient and high-quality all-in-one system for the petrochemical industry and similar products.
