The CERTOPAC, a fully automatic high-performance bagging machine, packs any type of free-flowing bulk material in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight between 5 kg and 80 kg.
Thanks to its high speed, this open-mouth bagging machine can fill up to 1500 bags per hour. Because of the high flexibility of the packaging machine, bags made of woven PP, PE and paper can be processed. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC stands out due to its easy accessibility and high reliability.
This high-performance packaging machine is also available as CERTOPAC-S and CERTOPAC-L in addition to the “standard version”. The differences between the variants are the bag magazines (rotating bag magazine or push magazine), the different filling weights and sizes of the bags. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC can also be completely made of stainless steel and equipped for powdery products.

Thanks to its sophisticated design, the CERTOPAC high-performance packaging machine offers exceptional flexibility when it comes to bagging – whether in terms of bag type or product-specific requirements. As with all STATEC BINDER systems, only high-quality components are used in our CERTOPAC open-mouth bag packaging machine. The use of materials such as stainless steel, which are suitable for hygroscopic and corrosive products, among other things, ensures the machine's durability and value retention.
It is particularly notable for its easy accessibility for maintenance and servicing. Its low-dust design also protects the health of employees. The integrated electrical control cabinet provides reliable support for monitoring and optimizing production capacities. The sophisticated systems also simplify documentation requirements. Furthermore, the STATEC BINDER support team is available for remote maintenance of the open-bag packaging system at short notice and from any location, including via remote connection.

Individually configurable – for many industries
All free-flowing and powdery bulk materials – from plastic granulate to sugar and flour to seeds and animal feed – are packaged quickly and efficiently with the CERTOPAC high-performance bagging system. Products that form bridges and those with low bulk density can also be filled without any problems using the optional vibration filling spout. One of the many other options is gas flushing and evacuation, which further increases the shelf life of the product.
