Three different open-mouth bagging machines

Our open-mouth bagging machines are suitable for any type of free-flowing bulk material. Powdery products can also be filled with additional equipment.
Depending on the required output, you can choose between three open-mouth bagging machines:

In addition, we offer you the CIRCUPAC. This high-performance packaging carousel was developed especially for flour and powdery products.

To guarantee the highest weighing accuracy, we equip our packaging lines with our high-performance net weigher. Our Tape Over Sealer or our sewing machine are used to precisely seal the open-mouth bag.

How do open-mouth bagging machines work?

Before the bulk material enters an open-mouth bagging machine, it is weighed above the machine and then metered into the prepared open-mouth bag – according to given specifications. Once the bag has been filled, it is then sewn, sealed, or hot glued. The sealed bag can then be palletized.

PRINCIPAC – High-performance bagging machine for open-mouth bags

PRINCIPAC is a fully automatic high-performance bagging machine for open-mouth bags for packaging free-flowing bulk materials. Depending on the bag material and type used, the bags are then either sewn, welded, or heat-sealed.

The open-mouth bags are efficiently packed and made ready for transport in the following process:

1. With the help of vacuum suction cups, the bags are separated from a stack in the magazine and transported to the pick-up station.

2. Here, the bag is opened by means of a suction bar, placed on the filling clamp, and clamped tight.

3. In the meantime, the product is dosed and weighed by a STATEC BINDER high-performance net weigher above the filling clamp.

4. Then the weigh hopper opens and the product flows into the attached bag on the filling clamp.

5. The filled bag is then gripped by two gripper arms and placed on the conveyor belt behind it, from where it is transported to the bag closing machine.

CERTOPAC – High-performance bagging machine for open-mouth bags

CERTOPAC is another high-performance packaging machine in our product range. In a fully automatic process, any type of free-flowing bulk material can be bagged using this facility.

The packaging process that the open-mouth bags go through at CERTOPAC is as follows:

1. Prefabricated bags made of woven PP, PE, or paper are separated from a stack in the magazine with the help of vacuum suction cups and transported to the pick-up station.

2. Here, the bag is opened by means of a suction bar, placed on the filling clamp, clamped tight, and filled.

3. The filled bag is then picked up and placed on the conveyor belt and from there transported to the bag closing machine, which sews, welds, or heat-seals the bag, depending on the material.

However, CERTOPAC is not only available in the classic version, but also in two variants:

• CERTOPAC-S

• CERTOPAC-L

The models differ, for example, regarding the bag magazines (rotating bag magazine or push magazine), the different filling weights, and the sizes of the bags. When equipped, the CERTOPAC can be supplemented with a dustproof filling spout – which is particularly efficient when filling powdery products.

ACROPAC – Fully automatic open-mouth bagging machine

This fully automatic bagging machine for open-mouth bags can also be used to package free-flowing bulk materials. ACROPAC is suitable for gusset bags or pillow bags made of woven PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), or paper.

The bagging process on this fully automatic open-mouth bagging machine is as follows:

1. Vacuum suction cups separate the bags from a stack in the magazine and then they are transported to the pick-up station.

2. A suction bar then opens the bag, places it on the filling clamp where it’s clamped tight.

3. In the meantime, a STATEC BINDER net weigher doses and weighs the product above the filling clamp.

4. Then the weigh hopper opens which allows the product to flow into the attached bag on the filling clamp.

5. The filled bag is then placed on the conveyor belt below and transported from there to the bag closing machine.

Here, too, every step is monitored, which helps to avoid errors and increase productivity.

CIRCUPAC – Fully automatic high-performance packaging carousel for open-mouth bags

CIRCUPAC differs from the other open-mouth bagging machines: The carousel is particularly designed for packaging flour and powdery products and suitable for prefabricated pillow bags and gusset bags made of woven PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), or paper.

The high-performance packaging carousel for open-mouth bags works as follows:

1. With the help of vacuum suction cups, the bags are separated from a stack in the magazine and transported to the pick-up station.

2. From here, the bag is moved to the filling clamp, opened, attached, and clamped.

3. In the meantime, the product is dosed by a STATEC BINDER high-performance scale, weighed, and poured into the bag at the filling clamp via an intermediate hopper.

4. The product is compacted in the bag.

5. The optimized filling time through the carousel ensures a well-filled & compact bag.

6. The bag is then transported one station further by the carousel.

7. The next filling clamp is ready to take another bag.

8. After the bags have been filled, they are either sewn, welded, or heat-sealed.

A total of four or six filling stations can be accommodated in the carousel.

Twin Version – fully automatic duplex high-performance open-mouth bagging machine

The Twin Version of the open-mouth bagging machines combines two bag openers and two filling stations in just one system:

1. Two STATEC BINDER high-performance net weigher ensure that the product is accurately dosed and weighed.

2. When the desired weight is reached, the weigh hopper opens and the product flows into the attached bag on the filling clamp.

3. A high-performance bag closing machine enables the bags to be sewn, welded, or heat-sealed quickly.

The advantages of the Twin Version:
