When accepting the machine, you will receive a list in the documentation with all spare and wear parts that are installed in your machine. Our committed customer service team is happy to create a suitable offer for you and is happy to advise you.

After receiving the order, the availability of the respective spare parts is checked and you will receive our order confirmation with the expected delivery date. In the logistics department, all of the necessary documents for transport are created and the goods are packaged and sent as quickly as possible. Your trained maintenance team or a STATEC BINDER service technician can install the spare or wear parts during the next visit.

During regular service visits by our technicians, you also receive the best consultation on-site and ensure that your packaging machine or palletizing system continues to work to your satisfaction. With our individually agreed service contract, a STATEC BINDER service technician will visit you regularly and service your machine. The advantages of the regular visits from a service technician are, on the one hand, that the maintenance team can also be trained as part of the visit, and optimization and modernization measures can also be discussed.
