When you invest in a new system, it should ideally work flawlessly, even after years of operation. It can still be state of the art, even after years in operation. How is that possible? STATEC BINDER takes care of optimizing and modernizing your systems.

You can request a project like this or service technicians may recommend it during their visit if they have identified the potential for optimization and the resulting advantage for your production processes.

When it comes to optimization measures for the bagging lines or palletizer, it’s about fine-tuning the machines. This fine-tuning is done together with the operators and focuses on the product to be processed in order to achieve maximum production output.

During the optimization process, hardware components, such as sensors, may be replaced and functional sequences may be made through software adjustments, such as setting parameters. If you are interested in providing interfaces for performance evaluation, the Customer Service team will be happy to help.

In order to ensure the long-term production reliability and system stability of existing machines, we offer our customers various modernization measures and keep them informed about innovations.

There is an extensive consultation phase with a specialized project manager, to begin with in order to determine the customer’s requirements and plan the implementation. Modernization measures may call for replacing mechanical functional components or individual electrical components. Even a complete control system replacement or complete electrical component replacement is possible. In our experience, detailed planning is the key element of any modernization in order to ensure the best possible sequence of operations.

The optimization and modernization work is implemented on-site and the customer accepts the work by means of a production test. As the customer, you of course also receive adapted new documentation for the optimized machine.
