Our history began with the packaging of fertilizer. In 1978 our first fully automatic packaging machine was developed especially for the packaging of fertilizer. Over the decades, STATEC BINDER has developed into a specialist for packaging systems for fertilizers and chemical bulk materials.
The extensive use of stainless steel, especially for the parts that come into contact with the product, and special further developments make our bagging machines, whether open-mouth bagging machines or FFS machines, ideal for packing chemical bulk materials.

Fertilizer
The SYSTEM-T FFS bagging machine and the stainless steel versions of our CERTOPAC and ACROPAC fully automatic bagging machines for open-mouth bags are recommended for packaging fertilizers. These bagging machines are highly flexible and very sturdy.
Chemical bulk materials
Our SYSTEM-T, SYSTEM-F, CERTOPAC, ACROPAC, and PRINCIPAC bagging machines are revolutionizing the chemical industry by providing a fast and flexible packaging solution for bulk materials. The CERTOPOC-T and ACROPAC-T high-performance machines allow users to quickly change bags and filling weights so that manufacturers can efficiently package different chemical bulk materials.

Our fully automatic palletizing systems enable the stacking of bags and boxes of any kind. Depending on the desired output, both the PRINCIPAL, a high-level palletizer, and the PRINCIPAL-R, a robot palletizer, are ideally suited for all palletizing tasks. The advantages of both palletizers are combined in the PRINCIPAL-P, our portal palletizer.
