With the STRATOSLINE, STATEC BINDER presents an innovative complete solution that sets new standards in packaging and palletizing technology. Developed specifically for the requirements of the petrochemical industry, this product line combines state-of-the-art packaging and palletizing technology into a high-performance integrated system, enabling companies to significantly increase productivity, efficiency, and process reliability.
The STRATOSLINE consists of two perfectly coordinated core components: the high-speed FFS bagging machine STRATOSPAC and the innovative high-performance palletizing system STRATOSPAL. What does the new line include?
At the heart of the packaging line is the STRATOSPAC, a state-of-the-art form-fill-seal (FFS) bagging machine capable of processing up to 2,800 bags per hour. The system was specifically developed for free-flowing products and petrochemical goods and impresses with its high speed, reliability, and flexibility. By combining multiple process steps—forming, filling, and sealing the bags—into a single machine, production processes are simplified and accelerated. At the same time, the energy-efficient design ensures lower electricity and compressed air consumption, resulting in sustainably lower operating costs.
The packaging solution is complemented by the STRATOSPAL, a unique high-speed palletizing system with patented conveyor technology. With a capacity of up to 3,000 bags per hour, the system is among the most powerful solutions of its kind. The intelligent conveyor technology allows bags to be fed via two routes and ensures optimized transport flows within the production line. At the same time, the system guarantees precise and stable palletizing, significantly improving transport and storage processes.
